Those of you with long memories may recall that we contradicted widespread rumours that Total Place was for the scrapheap back in early July.
Private Finance today suggests that the Comprehensive Spending Review will see Total Place back with a vengeance.
Interesting times. I wonder how they think this is going to sit with the end of PCTs, and the beginning of GP commissioning consortia - and the chaos we can certainly expect during the regionally variable handover period.
And of course, there will be the cuts in local government funding.
